PROGRAM APPLICATION

Application Instructions

Students at any U.S. or Canadian institution should apply directly through the online application system of the University of Wisconsin's Office of International Academic Programs (IAP). If you require more detailed information, please contact the IAP office (106 Red Gym, 716 Langdon St., 608-265-6329, peeradvisor@studyabroad.wisc.edu), or visit their website. IAP's study abroad advisor for this program is Erica Haas-Gallo.

All application forms are available at the online site, where you will be asked to complete a standard application form (see link above), a supplemental form specific to the TCS program (also available here), and obtain a letter of recommendation (also available here).

Before you get started, please read the Program Information Packet, which contains important details on the course structure, prerequisites, schedule, enrollment, and trip planning.  All applicants must read the program packet prior to applying -- it will answer many of your questions!

All application materials are due by the First Friday in October.

Early Applications

We understand that some students would like to settle their study abroad arrangements before the standard deadlines. If you would like your application reviewed early, you may submit a provisional application form directly to Ceiba at any time; in the case of exceptionally strong applications we will extend to you an early acceptance. Please note that, if accepted early, you still must complete the University of Wisconsin application procedure to be entered formally into their system. If you have any questions about applying early, please contact Ceiba.
